Affiliate Terms & Conditions 

AVEREX was founded in 1995 and stands on a solid foundation providing innovative solutions for cleaning, sanitation and surface treatment needs; striving for a cleaner safer and healthier environment. We exert responsible practices in our organization as an effort to conserve and preserve our environment.

As an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) of Averex Chemicals Sdn. Bhd. (AVEREX), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Terms and Conditions. Please read the entire Terms and Conditions carefully before registering and promoting AVEREX as an Affiliate.

Affiliate Application

• By joining AVEREX’s Affiliate Program, the applicant agrees to the Affiliate Program's terms and conditions, as outlined by AVEREX. 
• To join AVEREX’s affiliate program, fill out the Affiliate Application Form in our eShop via https://eshop.averex.com.my/affiliate/register
• AVEREX reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.
• Individuals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and staff members of AVEREX are all eligible to apply.
• Applicants will receive notification of their application status within 7 business days of submission.

Commission

• Authorized Affiliates will receive a 10% Commission for each qualified order referred via their unique affiliate link.
• The commission is only valid for purchase made with eShop Member Tier, exclude purchase made from other customer groups’ account.
• You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts.
• Commission Payout shall be in Malaysian Ringgit. Commissions will be calculated monthly and paid to affiliates with a minimum withdrawal of RM100.
• Commissions will only be calculated for transactions that have been successfully completed.
• Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out.

Termination

• AVEREX reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the program at any time, with or without cause or for any of the following reason:
     - Inappropriate advertising (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, inflammatory content, etc.).
     - Spamming (e.g., sending out mass emails or posting to newsgroups).
     - Advertising on websites that include or promote illegal behaviour.
  - Advertising on websites that include content that AVEREX considers to be detrimental to our brand or image.
     - Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
• Failure to declare the affiliate relationship for any promotion that is considered an endorsement under current Malaysia Laws and Regulations, as well as any applicable state legislation.
• Violation of intellectual property rights. AVEREX retains the right to require license agreements from anyone who use our trademarks to safeguard our intellectual property rights.
• Misleading Account Tier. Any attempt to mislead or misrepresent one's account tier status on the AVEREX eShop is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, misrepresenting information, changing account settings, or participating in any other fraudulent behaviour to acquire access to a higher account level. AVEREX requires all users to appropriately disclose their account tier status and follow its requirements.
• AVEREX reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or no reason.

Affiliate Link

• Affiliates will be given a unique Tracking Link to promote AVEREX's products or services which available in AVEREX eShop.
• Affiliates can login into their Affliate Account to get their Tracking Link via https://eshop.averex.com.my/affiliate-login
• Affiliates are responsible for making sure that their unique tracking link is used correctly and in compliance with the program's standards.
• The ultimate determination of affiliate tracking lies in the transactions recorded in the Affiliate Account’s Transaction History, contingent upon the successful completion of a transaction in the account.

Coupon & Deal Sites

• Affiliates are prohibited from promoting AVEREX’s products or services on coupon and deal sites without prior approval.

Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy

• Prior written consent is required for PPC bidding and is not permitted otherwise.

Liability

• AVEREX is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program.

Term of the Agreement

• This agreement will begin upon acceptance of an Affiliate's Application and will continue until terminated by either party.
• Averex Chemicals Sdn. Bhd. (AVEREX) retains the authority to amend the Terms and Conditions of this agreement at any given time. If you find any alterations to the Terms and Conditions unacceptable, your only recourse is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your ongoing participation in the Affiliate Program implies your agreement to accept such modifications.

Indemnification

• Affiliates agree to indemnify and absolve AVEREX from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their marketing and promotional activities.
