Terms & Conditions 

AVEREX was founded in 1995 and stands on a solid foundation providing innovative solutions for cleaning, sanitation and surface treatment needs; striving for a cleaner safer and healthier environment. We exert responsible practices in our organization as an effort to conserve and preserve our environment.

By enrolling in the Employee Purchase Program (EPP) provided by Averex Chemicals Sdn. Bhd. (AVEREX), you are acknowledging your commitment to comply with the Terms and Conditions outlined here. Prior to registration, we strongly encourage you to thoroughly review the entire Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

• Only valid employees of AVEREX are eligible to apply for Employee Purchase Program Account.

Application

• To apply for AVEREX Employee Purchase Program Account, kindly complete the application form via https://eshop.averex.com.my/signup and select "AVEREX Employee" option (Must use AVEREX Email Account). 
• AVEREX reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Employee Purchase Program Account Application in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Employee Purchase Program Account Application.
• If HR approves your application, you will be notified of its status within 7 business days after submission.
• By applying, applicants agree to AVEREX's Employee Purchase Program Terms and Conditions.

Purchase Limitation

• AVEREX Employees can enjoy Exclusive Discounts on BURBLEE and AVEREX products through AVEREX's e-shop.
• Each Employee is subject to a monthly purchase limit of 50 Liters or 50 Kilograms for discounted products.

Self Pickup

• Employees can ONLY opt for Self Pickup by choosing the "pick-up at store" option during the checkout process.

Payment Option

• Employees can ONLY opt for Bank Transfer as payment option during the checkout process.
• Bank Transfer Slip must be either UPLOAD into eShop during check out or EMAIL to marketing@averex.com.my stated with Order / Invoice No. after payment had been made.

Abuse of Privileges

• AVEREX reserves the right to monitor Employee Purchase and reserves the right to take action against any misuse or abuse of the Employee Purchase Program privileges.

Termination of Privileges

• AVEREX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Employee Purchase Program at any time, with or without notice.

Compliance

• All Employees participating in the Employee Purchase Program are expected to comply with the Terms and Conditions outlined herein and conduct themselves in accordance with AVEREX's code of conduct and policies.
