Medium soil - 1:5
Heavy soil - NO dilution required

- Spray the oven, grill, and hoods of the fryer with diluted KH9.
- Let it sit for about 5-15 minutes.
- Wash under running water.

Soak Cleaning
Light soil - 1:20
Heavy soil - 1: 10

- Soak the utensil, baking trays and fryers with diluted KH9 for about 5-15 minutes.
- Rinse well with water.
