Superkleen AC9 is a high adhesion stainless steel pickling gel that removes weld scale, discolouration, black oxides and other impurities from stainless steel surface. This AC9 can be applied on a vertical surface as it has no runny consistency. It leaves a clean professionally finishes stainless steel surface for further treatment such as galvanizing or conversion coating.

How to use it?

• Pre clean the surface to be treated. Remove excess oil & grease.
• Apply a thick layer of AC9 with an acid resistant brush on the weld bead or areas with black oxides/discolouration.
• Make sure the area/surface to be pickled is not more than 40°C.
• Leave the gel on the surface for about 25-30 minutes.
• Rinse thoroughly with water.
